Beyond that ...

Based in Wellington Aotearoa, I would love to contribute to your mahi on a fractional/ongoing or adhoc basis.

I specialise in the 'too hard basket', bringing clarity to complexity and big dreams to life. I bring together purpose and values with strategy, systems and process, and commitment to excellence.

Bring me the overwhelming competing drivers getting in the way of real purpose or causing cultural debt, your agile transformation gone sideways, the new organisational values that somehow ended up in a drawer again, the inclusion goal languishing as a side-piece 'nice to have', that problem you've been sitting on you don't have time to solve ...

I'll add the most value where I can work flexibly and independently, but plug in to your people and culture.

what's it like to work with me?
