ok make that award *winning*

I'm not very good at claiming credit or talking about what I have done. I haven't seen the award application so I'm just going on what I see here and the message I got about it.

So much work by so many people, and a commitment over years to get to here.

I am proud of them no matter what else I may feel.

I claim a mighty assist on this. Directly I initiated and led the neurodiversity work, I was also part of the rainbow inclusion work, and I gave plenty of other nudges about many things, like our cultural competencies.

Most of all I think I created culture change, the conditions for culture change. Made it safe for people to share and challenge and try things. And I challenged - people and processes, consistently raised questions and viewpoints and held our leaders to account, made space for them to grow also.
