What does it take to build systems and cultures where diverse minds can thrive? My focus and specialty is neuroinclusion, not as a nice-to-have but embedded into organisational practice and values - enhancing the capability of teams and organisations to deliver, and the wellbeing of neurodivergent people.

It’s a brutal irony that the kind of person who can do this work well is rarely the kind who finds it easy to sell it.

Choosing to work with me may ask for a shift in perspective - to see that what’s needed isn’t to sell you polish or persuasion but offer a depth of hard won lived and professional experience

Working with me means taking on the slow, deliberate work that changes how people think, communicate, collaborate, and lead. It is iterative, both reflective and deeply practical. I'll work as hard as you do, at a pace that enables sustainable authentic change.

What we’ll deliver together is a practice - a systems approach to way of working tailored for your organisation that strengthens culture, performance and wellbeing, builds trust and understanding, enables and endures long after our engagement ends.

tiny forest collective is for purpose. Culture. Wellbeing. Performance. Resilience.

tiny forest collective is consulting, library/bookshop, blog, research, speaking.

tiny forest collective is mahi in pursuit of neurodivergent liberation.

Which is as radical as it sounds, but no less practical, relevant, or accessible to all.
